Credits should be automatically refunded upon all errors. It may take a little time for this to happen though.

If you feel this is not happening, then a video capture of the screen would be incredibly helpful for us to look into it! Give it a bit of time to happen though please before turning off the video to make sure there was not just a delay.

We definitely don't want credits to not be being refunded.
